With about 20,000 employees, EnBW is constantly working on the expansion of renewable energies with the aim of bringing about the energy revolution. In an effort to make the career opportunities and jobs of the energy company more widely known, the EnBW-Instawalk was created. The Instawalk was held for EnBW for the third time and this time again the communities came into close contact with the EnBW trainees and their training content via the Influencer. They explored an extraordinary and challenging location: The Freckenfeld wind farm!

In an effort to introduce young people in the area to EnBW as an attractive employer, the influencer Julian Gutjahr with a reach of 117,000 followers on Instagram & Content Creator Florian Roser with a reach of 16,400 followers on Instagram, were invited to the Instawalk. The campaign was well and quickly received: A total of six posts and 38 story sequences were made. The two influencers achieved a total reach of 550,349 and the swipe-up links leading to the EnBW training page were clicked 307 times.
