2. Hosting and delivery
This static website is delivered through Netlify, Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, California 94104, USA. When the site is accessed, technically required log data may be processed, including the IP address, time of access, requested file, referrer, browser and device information. This processing supports the secure and stable delivery of the website.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the operation, security, troubleshooting and protection of the website against misuse. Further information is available in the Netlify Privacy Policy and its GDPR and DPA information. Depending on the service configuration, processing in the United States may occur. The applicable safeguards and contractual arrangements depend on the configuration in use; current information can be requested from datenschutz@0711.net.
3. Proposal and contact forms
When you submit a form, we process the information you provide. This may include your name, company, email address, objective, timing, budget range, project description and acknowledgement of this privacy information. International forms may also include content language, country of origin, target market, relationship type and service interest. Technical attribution fields may include page context, landing path, referrer class, cleaned UTM values and campaign identifiers.
Your information is submitted through Netlify Forms and used to review the enquiry, ask necessary follow-up questions and, where appropriate, prepare a non-binding proposal. Verified form submissions are transferred server-side to GoHighLevel to create or update a contact and an opportunity in our new-business pipeline. Processing required to respond to an enquiry or take steps you request before a possible contract is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Optional analytics and marketing processing is based on consent and is described separately below. Such consent can be withdrawn for the future.
Required fields are marked in the form. If they are not provided, the enquiry cannot be submitted through the form. We do not use the submitted information to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Form data is retained only for as long as necessary to process the enquiry, manage the potential business relationship, comply with legal obligations or defend legitimate claims. Netlify Forms and email delivery remain an independent intake and technical fallback.
4. Campaign Briefing Check
The six answers in the Campaign Briefing Check are processed locally in the browser to produce a standardised self-assessment. They are not automatically sent to 0711. If you then choose to submit a proposal request, only the information visible in that form, together with the orientation score and result segment, is transferred.
5. Consent and attribution storage
The website may store your analytics and marketing choice locally in your browser under the key 0711_tracking_consent_v1. After analytics consent, cleaned first- and latest-touch attribution may be stored for up to 30 days. This can include UTM values, campaign, ad-group and ad identifiers and the Google click references gclid, gbraid and wbraid. The OpenAI click reference oppref is not stored in this analytics store and is only carried across internal links until form submission after marketing consent. We do not add form free text to these values. Storage is removed when consent is withdrawn.
6. Audience and conversion measurement
Without explicit consent, no optional analytics or marketing tags are loaded and no measurement events are sent to an external provider. With consent, we may measure page and section use, CTA clicks, form interactions and confirmed lead or appointment events. Our analytics code does not include names, email addresses or project descriptions in these events.
After consent, Google Tag Manager, the OpenAI Measurement Pixel and GoHighLevel External Tracking may load. They support audience, campaign and conversion measurement and the attribution of a form submission. GoHighLevel may associate submitted form data with the enquiry. Our code does not intentionally send form entries to OpenAI; the server path is designed to transmit the conversion type, a technical event ID and available cleaned campaign attribution. Depending on provider configuration, processing in the United States may occur. Retention, account settings and transfer safeguards depend on the configuration in use; current information can be requested from datenschutz@0711.net.
7. External links
Links to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or other external services connect to the respective provider when clicked. At the time of this notice, this website is not intended to embed social plugins that transmit information merely because a page is opened.
8. Recipients and CRM
Within 0711, access is limited to people who handle enquiries. We use GoHighLevel from HighLevel, Inc. as a CRM processor to manage and follow up verified proposal requests. The information transferred includes contact and project details as well as technical attribution fields. Server-side CRM transfer works independently from optional audience measurement; GoHighLevel External Tracking loads only after consent. Further information is available in HighLevel’s Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. Depending on the account and service configuration, processing in the United States may occur. Processing agreements, data locations, transfer safeguards, retention and account settings depend on the configuration in use; current information can be requested from datenschutz@0711.net.
9. Your rights
Within the limits set by law, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Consent can be withdrawn at any time for the future. Contact datenschutz@0711.net to exercise these rights.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for Baden-Württemberg is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.
10. Security and changes
The website is transmitted using TLS encryption. We update this information when providers, data flows or legal requirements change. The version published on this page is the current information version.
