HOW WE WORK

Most people think influencer marketing is quite simple – bloggers wanted, money in and bang! – the whole thing goes virally.

Wrong thought! We do not plan Influencer campaigns as further possibilities in order to massively burn media budget. We rely on sustainable cooperations between influencers and companies and cultivate our contacts with the utmost care. Identification with the brand, the products and services plays an important role in making communication credible and successful.

Our mission is to establish Influencer marketing as an effective and authentic communication channel in every marketing activity. We find the right cooperation partner for your campaigns in order to reach the ideal target group without detours. Thus we create unforgettable, strong marketing campaigns, in which the target group is not only expanded by influencers, but conquered.

We are 0711 and have been designing influencer campaigns since 1996.

Our creative phase begins with a brainstorming session. The first ideas that form the basis of our concept are developed. Based on the customer's goals, all relevant framework conditions are already worked out in this step. Once the basic framework is in place, the detailed concept and details are drawn up.

Selection
For a successful influencer marketing campaign, this step is of particular relevance. For this purpose, we define target-oriented criteria for the selection of authentic influencers. This step always takes place in close cooperation with the customer. Based on these criteria, the next step is to make a pre-selection with suitable influencers. In doing so, we give a small assessment of each influencer as to why we consider it to be suitable. The final go for the individual influencers is given by the customer himself with the help of our assessment.

Once the influencer selection has been finalised, we will contact them personally and provide them with initial information about the campaign, the product and expectations. If an influencer can imagine participating in the campaign, the budget negotiation begins. It is important to us that we build sustainable relationships and that all parties involved feel treated fairly. Our task in this step is therefore to mediate. We ensure that the maximum performance for all parties involved is achieved with the available budget. As soon as all parameters of the cooperation have been finally clarified, the period is determined together. In order to legally secure everyone, the agreements are recorded contractually.

Implementation
To ensure that the influencers have all the relevant piece of information about the product and customer and can therefore communicate the cooperation perfectly, we prepare a briefing in consultation with the customer. Based on this briefing, the influencer can then produce the desired content. During the entire duration of the project, we are at the influencers' side for questions. We advise, give feedback and at the same time monitor compliance with the agreed posting times and content requirements. During the campaign period we already start with the success test. We keep a close eye on all activities and immediately analyse the reactions to the campaign.

Reporting
As soon as we have all the insights of the influencers, we prepare the results in the form of an Excel spreadsheet or a Power Point presentation. In the respective format we give all relevant measurements for the evaluation and success measurement of the action. As the last and final step of the campaign, we conduct feedback sessions with the client and the influencers. All participants evaluate the process, but also the results of the action.
